A Japanese style lunch will be served. ; the recipes are planned using a variety of fresh local seasonal ingredients.
・We will advise you how to enjoy Japanese dishes more, introducing the origin of the ingredients. (We will tell you how to use chopsticks as well. ) You can get in touch with the essence of Japanese tea ceremony , Japanese sweets and green tea.
・We will demonstrate the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Please enjoy Japanese style sweets ,which vary with each season, with Japanese green tea( Maccha) ; The correct etiquette for conducting the tea ceremony will be introduced in the session.
・Regarding Japanese culture ,we will introduce Japanese history and cultural goods such as Japanese style hanging scrolls( Kakejiku ) , gardens and flowers.

We provide a pick up service from the nearest train station, which is Okurayama Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line.
Duration : two hours in the afternoon from noon to 6 pm. Please let us know your preferred time to join us.
